Just joined and I have loved every class. Good mix of strength and stretching. Lots of class times available for people working full time with kids. The room is warm. The app is helpful for scheduling.

Why have I not been doing this my whole life? The instructors at Yoga Den are amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm (sometimes literally) and friendly. The instructors are extremely well trained and offer modifications to all the poses. It is a "no judgment" zone. Participants are not just able to participate at their own level, but encouraged. You don't have to be flexible, fit or perfect to take a class here. My favorite part - it helps my spirit, not just my body. Thank you to all the instructors at Yoga Den. You make a difference (and that's just after 4 classes!).

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This yoga studio is the real deal and offers the whole package in terms of a full and complete yoga experience. Not many studios speak to all eight limbs of yoga and this studio does so in such a beautiful and genuine way. The owners and staff are so authentic, caring and kind too. And, it is absolutely judgement free creating such a welcoming vibe of belonging and inclusion that is open to any one and any body.

Best overall Yoga studio! They have nothing but top notch instructors and the two studios are spacious and clean with abundant props for those of us who are in need of a little assist with yoga. Have never felt judged or pressured here. There are 2 showers stocked with shampoo, soaps and lotions and the overall environment is pleasing, welcoming, relaxing.

This is the real deal and the best by far! Lots of class options 24/7 ! Very friendly staff so much they make yo feel loved like family! If your serious about Yoga this is the place for your best well being! The instructors have helped me get in the best mental and physical shape in my life at age 60! Wow! Thank you Yoga Den and Namaste!

This place holds magical space for all of your mind, body, and spiritual needs. The teachers and classes are phenomenal. Got my 200hr teacher training here as well that was awesome and very comprehensive. Their coffee shop next door is a delicious bonus as well!

The best yoga in all thr lands. The hot yoga is not only taught well but so good for your body. The staff is amazing. The new location is beautiful and comfortable. They give the first class free so do not hesitate to go give it a try. I did and I am hooked.
